Epiphany Choir & Musicians  



The Epiphany Choir and musical staff will perform during the concert and accompany the other talent during the event.

Volunteer opportunities include:

Event Management 



The Event Management Committee will plan and coordinate the overall event while supporting the production of the concert and reception. The committee will manage catering, decorating and accommodating the artists for the concert.

Volunteer opportunities include:

· Decorators

· Event Management Assistants

Fund Raising Committee 



The fundraising committee will raise necessary funds for the concert and toy distribution by soliciting donations from individuals and organizations. This committee will also oversee ticket sales for the event.

Volunteer opportunities include:

· Benefit Chairs

· Grant Writers

· Sales Associates

· Sales Team Leads

Hospitality 



The Hospitality Committee will greet all patrons and provide assistance with seating and special needs during the event. The Hospitality Committee will also verify tickets and distribute programs during the concert.

· Lobby Attendants

Logistics  



The Logistics Committee will manage the event logistics associated with the venue, including: facility management, parking/traffic control and security.

Volunteer opportunities include:

· Maintenance Engineers

· Janitorial Associates

· Security Officers

Technical Production 



The Technical Production Committee will manage the audiovisual production and directing of the concert including: audio engineering, lighting, stage design and decorations, script development, stage management and videography.

Toy Distribution Committee 



The Toy Distribution Committee will assist with the purchasing and distribution of gifts for needy children.
